About the Authors
An Invitation
And so it began – our weeklong journey to begin to write this book, an idea that has stirred our souls for ten years, now about to emerge in the seaside tree house up on a craggy hill in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. This is how we began to unpack, decode, and demystify our life’s work, with sticky notes plastered on the walls and windows of our tree house on the Cape. This represents our calling, our attempt to capture the essence and make it available to anyone who has the interest and the will to find another way: another way to see the world in a new light, to sort out challenges, to seize opportunities, and find a path forward. Another way to tap into the energy in your teams and yourself – a new way to show up. An invitation.
